At Furniture Town, we’re committed to delivering long-lasting quality and peace of mind. All guarantee and warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.
If you believe your bed or mattress may have a fault, please contact our customer service team for advice, inspection, and support.

Our 3-year warranty covers all models within the Furniture Town bed and mattress range, protecting you against faults caused by defective materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to all beds and mattresses except clearance items and products used with non-approved bases or unsuitable mattresses.

If a fault related to materials or workmanship is confirmed within the first three years, we will provide a free repair or replacement.

Terms & Conditions

The guarantee or warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• The product has been soiled or stained.

• The product was accidentally damaged after delivery.

• The product has been jumped on, mishandled, or used improperly.

• The product has been used for commercial purposes or misused in any way.

• The mattress has been bent, folded, or handled in a way that damages the spring system.
